This was a gem of a find. We were looking for somewhere to stop for one night near Marlow in Buckinghamshire. 

We tried a village car park that we found on P4N, but it was small and there was a wedding in the village and the car park was rammed. We tried a nearby caravan park but decided that we didn't want to pay £39.00 per night 😱 and then we came across Riverside Pop Up Site near Marlow. 

Such a gem, we had such a peaceful night parked up on the banks of the River Thames - you couldn't be parked any closer to the River. 

What was fun - in the morning there were SO many geese and ducks - I don't know that we've ever seen so many geese - and every now and then they made SO much noise. 

The site is only allowed to be open for 60 days a year.

We stayed for one night in August at Riverside Pop Up Site  for £15.00 a night on a grass pitch. No electric but there is water and elsan emptying.
